In AZ where I live we have Prop 102, which is similar to Prop 8. They call it- get this- "Yes For Marriage", and would also amend AZ's constitution to state marriage is strictly one man and one woman.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;But, as you know, these propositions have absolutely nothing to do with marriage and everything to do with fear and discrimination. I blogged about it myself on our main newspaper website, and the reaction was actually a better mix than I thought.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.azcentral.com/members/Blog/Dani8600/36202" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://www.azcentral.com/members/Blog/Dani8600/...&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It's such a pointless issue, has no bearing on anyone's life at all. Yet, if these propositions pass,   could change so many. Simply by the fact that it shows that it's acceptable to discriminate against others.
