    Nice articles to point out.

    I would only hope that people see the danger in being "colorblind". Being "colorblind" is kind of like saying I'll be blind to the problem of color you have. Imagine if there were no colors in the rainbow. Rainbows wouldn't be so special.

    Obama shouldn't be moving "past his race" (the Black side assumed) but that America maybe should embrace and/or see the benefits that Obama's "race" brings now and has brought to this country in the past.

    You're right about the phrase "moving past his race". Perhaps a better way to say it would be "moving past the stupid attitudes toward race" and instead evaluating him as a person, a citizen, a candidate.

    That would probably be more what I was trying to say.
